After building Pink LouLou’s first site on Business Catalyst in 2010, they approached us to upgrade them to the feature-rich Magento Community platform.
The main objectives were to overhaul the user experience to increase conversion rates and order values and deliver a content platform to build the brand.
Integrating the site with third party systems was a critical part of the brief, to automate manual tasks and free up the team to focus on the products and marketing.
We created a responsive Magento website with a combination of commerce and content functionality to increase key metrics and provide a better platform to build the brand via themed collections and product stories.
The site is set-up for international trade with prices localised in a number of different currencies depending on the location of the customer and valuable admin time is saved due to integration with the Unleashed ERP system and eParcel for shipments.
Special attention was given to optimising the website to achieve page loads of less and 2 seconds.
Since launch we’re provided ongoing support to maintain the platform and assist the team to trade the site.
