The Brief
Provincial Home Living’s Magento 1 website had served the brand well and launched the online channel, however it was being held back with legacy issues.
The company wanted to re-platform onto Magento 2 and build a solid foundation for an online store that would set them up for the next 5-8 years and better support their store network.
What We Did
A detailed discovery and scoping phase allowed us to understand the challenges of selling furniture online and the complex system integration requirements for the project.
We worked closely with the team to create a website for customers to quickly and easily find exactly what they want from a large selection of products across home furnishings, décor housewares and more.
The solution was developed on the Magento 2 Open Source and integrated with numerous platforms, including ITV (ERP), giveX (gift vouchers), SmartFreight (shipping) and DotDigital (email marketing).
We continue to support PHL to maintain the platform and ensure continuous improvement for customers.
